The Third World Zen Well-Being Conference and the Second World Zen North America Forum Invitation

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings! The Third World Zen Well-Being Conference and the Second World Zen North America Forum will be held at Stanford University on December 17th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. We welcome experts to attend and provide guidance.

Zen Well-Being, with the philosophy of “Freedom – Inner Peace – Transcendence,” advocates natural medicine from traditional Chinese medicine, combines modern natural science, and integrates the essence of Chinese culture. It leads the field of life science, promotes the growth of the future health industry, and drives the sustainable development of human civilization. To promote Zen Well-Being globally, the World Zen Well-Being Federation will host the “World Zen Well-Being North America Summit” on December 17, 2023, at Stanford University in the United States, with the theme “Zen Well-Being and Mental Health.”

Since its establishment in August 2017 at the Shaolin Temple in China, the World Zen Well-Being Federation has been dedicated to the dissemination and development of Zen Well-Being culture worldwide, gathering the wisdom of Zen Well-Being researchers and practitioners around the world and gradually constructing a viable program to improve physical, mental, and spiritual health. The core system of Zen Well-Being consists of “Three Therapies,” “Seven Practices,” and “Four Medicines,” systematically inheriting various academic theories and practices. The Three Therapies are Zen Therapy, Gong Therapy, and Food Therapy; the Seven Practices include Virtue Practice, Gong Practice, Food Practice, Book Practice, Incense Practice, Flower Practice, and Music Practice. The Four Medicines include Mind Medicine, Dharma Medicine, Body Medicine, and Substance Medicine.

Zen Well-Being aims to fulfill the mission entrusted by the times, provide theoretical and practical support for improving human health, lead humanity in pursuing quality of life, and enhance the dimensions of life. Zen Well-Being has already established Zen Well-Being bases in France, Italy, Canada, the United States, Japan, and other places.

The Second World Zen Well-Being Conference was held in Toronto, Canada, in 2019 and received support from the Prime Minister of Canada and the provincial government, as well as attention from various media outlets. To strengthen international academic exchanges in health, this conference will bring together celebrities from all walks of life to explore and learn together. During the conference, renowned experts, scholars, and professors from various fields, including Buddhist medicine, Daoist medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, alternative therapies, and Western medicine, will be invited to engage in in-depth discussions and exchanges. We also invite business leaders interested in Zen Well-Being to attend, promoting the precious medical treasure that benefits human health, harmoniously coexisting on the World Zen Well-Being Federation platform, working together for prosperity and development, and contributing to the cause of human health.
